Questions
Will I lose traffic?
Some movement is normal for a few weeks. Big losses come from missing redirects, and every old URL is mapped and tested before launch to prevent exactly that.
Can you redesign at the same time?
Yes; see Website Redesign. Doing both together costs less than doing them separately.
Do I keep my customer accounts and order history?
Yes. Customers, orders and products move with you. Passwords can't be transferred between platforms, so customers set a new one, and I'll set up the invite email for that.
