Workflow Automation
Hours a week on copy and paste. Automate the process, not the person.
Pick the task that eats your week: enquiries into the CRM, invoices into Xero, orders into a spreadsheet, the Monday report. I map it, automate it with AI where judgement is needed and plain rules where it isn't, and hand it over working.

Sound familiar?
- Someone retypes the same details into three different systems.
- Invoices and receipts sit in an inbox until month end.
- The weekly report takes half a day to pull together.
- Mistakes creep in because everyone's doing it by hand.
Map
The process as it really runs, step by step, with the time each step takes. Agreed in writing before anything's built.
Build
Automated in the tools you already pay for where possible, with AI reading documents and messages, and a human check where it matters.
Hand over
Tested on real data, documented in plain English, with a recorded walkthrough and 30 days of fixes included.

When it’s done
A process that runs itself, a log of everything it does, and the hours back. You own the setup: no lock-in, no monthly fee to me.
Questions
Which tools do you build in?
Whatever fits what you already use: Zapier, Make or n8n, your CRM and accounting software, and AI models from Anthropic or OpenAI. Running costs are billed to you directly, usually a few pounds to a few tens of pounds a month.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything it isn't sure about is flagged for a person, not guessed. Every run is logged, so a mistake can be traced and fixed.
Why 'from' £2,500?
One process with a handful of steps and two or three systems is £2,500. More systems or branches cost more, and you'll have the fixed price in writing before paying.
